The Committee on  the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

Com. Sub. for S. B. 491 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §61-11-26 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, establishing that a person may petition for expungement of criminal conviction, not restricted to a misdemeanor; and, providing for an additional fee for the petition to expunge certain criminal convictions.”
